May is American Cheese Month and what better time for a showdown! This month, we pit our favorite American cheeses against their European counterparts. Imagine the match ups: A bloomy rind cheese from New York State versus French Camembert, does he stand a chance? Pennsylvania Gouda going head to head with the Dutch masters; Virginia mountain cheese battles the OG Swiss Gruyere. ..
The competition is fierce and you get to taste and decide the winners! We’ll have competitive wine pairings to complement the cheeses.
